Michael Sirilla, PhD, has been a professor of systematic theology at the Franciscan University of Steubenville in Ohio (USA) since 2002.  He received his doctorate in historical and systematic theology from The Catholic University of America in 2008.  He has written on particular issues in ecclesiology, moral theology, and marriage and the family.  His book, The Ideal Bishop: Aquinas’s Commentaries on the Pastoral Epistles, was recently published by CUA Press.  He is blessed with a wife, eight children, and one grandchild.
